Faces Beauty Bar Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please be punctual to your appointment.
Faces Beauty Bar will allow a 10 min grace period, after 10 min you will be automatically rescheduled. No exceptions!
No Call No Show:
Will automatically ban you from future bookings.
We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
Text Confirmation: As a courtesy our staff will send a appointment confirmation text confirming the attendance of your scheduled service. If you do not confirm by our 2nd confirmation text your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate upon arrival. Cell phone use may affect the length of your services.
No Children & Additional guest: As much as we would love to meet your family & friends do to limit space please do not bring them to your appointment. If you bring additional guest you will be automatically rescheduled.
Prices and Services:
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. There will be no refunds after service has been performed. No exceptions!
It is our highest priority to ensure the safety of all of our staff and clients, with that said to avoid the further spread of COVID-19 all clients will be screened with a questionnaire and required to wear a self provided mask, all staff of Faces Beauty Bar will also be required to wear a mask until further notice.
